Smart key tag tracker used to monitor and secure keys during in-home pet care visits

Smart Key Tag ( Tracker )

A Smart Key Tag is a small tracking device attached to your home key. With a smart key tag, your home key is professionally labelled, monitored, and handled only by verified sitters, giving you total peace of mind.
It allows us to see where your key is at all times, and sends alerts when it’s used during a visit.

This means:

  • No risk of keys being misplaced

  • With the Smart Key Tag, you can be confident your key always stays in its safe location and is never taken off-site.

Smart key box used for secure and controlled home access during pet care visits

Smart Key box - (Safe)

A Smart Keybox is a secure, password-protected box used to store your home key safely outside your home.
Only your approved pet carer can access it using a temporary code, and every access is time-logged for transparency. With a smart key box, your home key is stored securely and accessed only through a unique code, ensuring complete peace of mind.

This means:

  • No loose keys changing hands

  • No waiting at the door for visits

  • No risk of lost keys

  • Your pet always receives care on time, even if a sitter changes unexpectedly​

  • Price: £40
    Duration: 1 Hour

    ​We use your mailbox as the secure location for your home key and building fob.
    This keeps access simple, safe, and always available — especially in emergencies or if a sitter changes.

    • Tell us how your mailbox is currently accessed:

    • If your mailbox has a code:
      You simply share the code.
      (No key handovers. No extra cost.)

    • If your mailbox uses a key:
      You choose one of the following:

    • Option A (Recommended):
      We can install a coded mailbox lock (with your approval).
      This allows us to open the mailbox securely without needing your mailbox key, and you can switch it back to the original lock when services end.

    • Option B:
      You provide your mailbox key, and we use it only during your booked visits.

    If you prefer, we can store your key in a secure Smart Key Box.
    This gives you:

    • Check-in/check-out alerts

    • Access logs

    • Full visibility and peace of mind

  • Price: £40
    Duration: 1 Hour

    No problem, we still keep your home secure.

    We will:

    1. Install a secure smart key lockbox in a discreet and safe spot outside your home.
      (This allows safe access without handing keys back and forth.)

    2. Attach a smart key tracker to your key, so you can see where your key is at all times.

    Your key is always tracked, and access is only used during your booked visit.
